ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person by parent/guardian who will stand responsible for his/her conduct, application, studies and fees.

1. Children seeking admission should be completed 2 years and 10 months for pre K.G and 3years and 10 months of age at the time of admission for LKG class.

2. Students coming from other schools must produce SATS transfer certificate at the time of admission. The decision of the Headmistress will be final in matters regarding admission.

3. The parents should bring along with them, the birth certificate and a passport size photo of the child at the time of admission. The name of the student, father’s name, date of birth, religion and caste given at the time of admission should invariably tally with that of what is given in the transfer certificate.

4. At the time of admission, school fees should be paid. The amount once paid will not be refunded, even if the student for any reason, shall leave the school immediately.

5. T.C will not be issued till all dues to the school are fully paid up

ATTENDANCE / LEAVE

Leave of absence may be granted for sufficient cause, but only on a written application from the parents or guardians which must be made in advance whenever possible.

A student who is absent without leave note, on their return to school, must come with their parents with a satisfactory explanation.

All are expected to attend the school on the re-opening day after each vacation. Absence without previous information from the parents or guardians will be seriously dealt with.
